Teen Swim & Jr.Guard Prep
We meet your youth where they are in a way that builds confidence in the water and rapport with the instructor by establishing clear expectations. We also leave room for the teen to participate in setting the lesson structure and provide opportunities for input as to what they want to work on.
We challenge teens to push themselves to do things they may think are difficult to successfully push their growth edge and provide a positive experience where they feel successful. Our focus is breath control, buoyancy, building muscle memory, deep water comfort, safety scenarios, endurance, stroke refinement, and total confidence.
We highly recommend ocean safety and swimming after a few pool sessions.

Additionally, we offer test preparation for swimmers needing the extra boost to pass the Jr. Guards swim test.
